I found Jason Smith‘s colorful, other-worldly paintings on etsy the other day. I’d describe them as one part cartoon, one part sci-fi and one part mid-century modern. His work reminds me of the art you see in Juxtapoz Magazine, but I find it a bit happier and more aesthetic. Jason sells his paintings which are mostly 11″ x 14″ for a mere $125.
