Malin Gabriella Nordin’s “Private Language” has been making its way around the web. It’s a lovely project that is centered around a grouping of sculpture that young children were asked to interpret and re-arrange. (Lucky kids!). I wonder what they made of it all.
“I invited eleven children in the ages 3 – 5 to interpret my collection of sculptures. I met with each child individually for an hour… I asked each one of them if they felt the collection was missing something and if so could they draw the missing piece. I also asked them if the sculptures were placed in the right order or if they wanted to rearrange them, which all except for one did.” – Malin Gabriella Nordin
