This is Brit textile designer Fred Shand’s line of quilts for Anthropologie which I spotted over on of paper and things. The quilts were made by artisans in Delhi, London and New York City. I know Anthropologie has a bad track record with creatives so it’s nice to see that in their “gallery” at least they are focusing on the designers, not solely the finished product.

Raining Zigzags

Pieces of Lightening
Anthropologie shows the quilts on beds but for $900 I’m inclined to view these as decorative pieces. Right?
