Berlin-based illustrator Robin Cottage recently got in touch, and I thought I’d share her hilarious work featuring cats on this dark and rainy day. You know what they say about cats and the internet… Enjoy!

I made it a whole year of blogging without talking about cats which is impressive considering that I treat my two cats like children and I’m constantly meeting amazing cats through their artist-owners’ blogs. Sometimes these cats are the true stars of the these blogs. There I said it.

Then I came across a blog about artists and cats! We Say Meow is the brain child of artists Mary Kilvert & Anke Weckmann and features both cat art and artists’ cats (above: Mia Christopher‘s kitties, below: a friend of Kate Larson).

And while we’re on the subject I must share some special cat art (Ashley G, Audrey May Erickson, Jennifer Davis).
