Saw a picture of blue-on-white bowls from Eclectic Gallery in Nov. issue of House & Garden – they struck me instantly and inspired me. I am a textile artist , frequently attractedto Japanese art and am inspired to do a small piece with painting/applique and hand embroidery… i enjoy the way design can cross over from one medium to another.
I love these designs.
