Update: we have a winner… Congrats, Jessica, and thanks to everyone else for entering!
Hi friends, I’m back up and running (being sick is the worst!) and am super psyched to tell you about a new giveaway by one of my new favorite artists, Ariana Couvinha!
Ariana is giving away one of her absolutely charming calendars which includes this beautiful illustration (below) which I just snapped up last week!
The Lisbon-based artist and teacher has an amazing etsy shop I’ve spent way too much time in! Her blog is also super cool if you like hand-drawn aviators like the one above.
.
To enter to win Ariana’s calendar please leave a comment and I will select a winner on Saturday, Feb. 12th!

Hi!
Great giveaway. I love that calendar and hadn’t heard of the artist. I’m off to check her blog and her shop.

Oh I know Arianas work! It’s gorgeous! The delicate lines forming such odd intriguing patterns. The fox is definately my favorite, but then again, I’m a big fan of animals!
I could do with a nice calendar, I’m so forgetful. Her beautiful illustrations will definately make me look at it often enough to help me remember 😉

Ariana’s shop is amazing! Love these beautiful little calendars – and the best part is that you can frame them once the year is done =D

Hi Esti, ooh, good! So glad to introduce you to Ariana. I just love her work!
Merel – Her fox is one of my favorites too! I love the shapes… it’s so striking.
Dylan – aren’t they? I think the 4th page of the calendar might be on etsy.

Glad you’re feeling better!
Ariana’s Etsy shop is very appealing. I’m going to be flying soon, and her print (“There are only two emotions on a plane: boredom and terror”) really tickled me.

I’d like to make hot print sandwich out of this and the Hammerpress and Lilli Carre prints that currently decorate my office wall. I suppose a hot print sandwich would be better described as a panini? printnini?
