New online art shop with rock-star roster

Saturday, June 5, 2010 · 3 Comments

Thanks to MLFU, I heard about Arrow to Arrow, a brand new online art and print shop. Arrows to Arrows is the brainchild of Portland artist, Jess Fogel, and looks to be an awesome resource for those looking for good, affordable art. The site has a rock-star roster of artists including many Art Hound favs: Betsy Walton, Jess Hirsch, Lisa Congdon, Katy Horan, Ryan de la Hoz, Stacey Rozich and Sophie Alda.

Clearly Fogel has great taste and cool friends so I very much look forward to discovering new artists through the site! Only a few prints are currently available so stay tuned for Arrow to Arrow’s full-fledged opening.

I love it. A new field: Developmental Phenomenology. Eric, please post a list of qunetioss we should be asking children to get at their experience of things (or their theory of their experience of things?). I’ve got a 2.5 year old I’ll try the moon question on soon, but we should think about stuff to try on older kids too. I’ll ask my 9 and 6 year olds if a tilted quarter looks round (then I’ll try to trick them with a tilted ellipse).
